**LOYAL GOODS’ TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING SOLELY FROM WEBSITE USE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).**

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
